- 1 pack of Yaya’s Halloumi Cheese
- 1 pack of pita bread
- 1 lemon (optional)
- Cut the Halloumi into slices; we would recommend thinner unless you prefer thick slices
- Cook the Halloumi slices on the grill or a pan on the stove for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is light brown
- Enjoy the grilled Halloumi with Pita bread and lemon!
