Authentic Cyprus Halloumi

Grilled Halloumi (Our Personal Favorite)


Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Yaya’s Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 pack of pita bread
  • 1 lemon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut the Halloumi into slices; we would recommend thinner unless you prefer thick slices
  2. Cook the Halloumi slices on the grill or a pan on the stove for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is light brown
  3. Enjoy the grilled Halloumi with Pita bread and lemon!
