Grilled Halloumi (Our Personal Favorite)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Yaya’s Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 pack of pita bread
  • 1 lemon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut the Halloumi into slices
  2. Cook the Halloumi slices on the grill or a pan on the stove for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is light brown
  3. Enjoy!

Yaya's Tips:

Depending on your preference, don't be scared to leave on the grill or stove top. The outside will become crispy and the inside will stay warm and soft.

Pair with multiple food options: Pita Bread, Watermelon, Burger, Steak. 

This cooking method, although one of the easiest, is one of the best ways to enjoy halloumi cheese and is great for dinner and cheese parties!
