Grilled Halloumi Skewers


  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pack of Yaya’s Halloumi Cheese; cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon all purpose seasoning


  1. Wash mushrooms and cherry tomatoes with cold water and let drain in a colander, optionally remove any large stems from the mushrooms
  2. As best you can, cube the Halloumi into chunks about the same size as the mushrooms
  3. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Greek seasoning, and all purpose seasoning
  4. Put the mushrooms and Halloumi in a Ziploc bag and pour in the mix. Let ingredients marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
  5. When ready to grill, preheat the grill to medium while threading the cherry tomatoes, Halloumi, and mushrooms onto skewers
  6. Apply the grill with non stick grilling oil right before you put the skewers on
  7. Grill the skewers about 6 minutes per side
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
