Yaya’s Halloumi Grilled (Yaya’s Favorite)
1 pack of pita bread
1 pack of Yaya’s Cheese Halloumi
1 lemon (optional)
Directions:
Cut the Halloumi into 8-9 slices
Cook the Halloumi slices on the grill or a non-stick pan on the stove for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is light brown. The cheese will not melt, so play with it and find the perfect crunch for your appetite!
