Yaya’s Halloumi Grilled (Yaya’s Favorite)

Delicious grilled halloumi
  • 1 pack of pita bread

  • 1 pack of Yaya’s Cheese Halloumi

  • 1 lemon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut the Halloumi into 8-9 slices

  2. Cook the Halloumi slices on the grill or a non-stick pan on the stove for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is light brown. The cheese will not melt, so play with it and find the perfect crunch for your appetite!

    Note: Do not put oil. It is not needed to cook the cheese

  3. Enjoy!
